Exhibitors always come back to this conference because they always see results! This is an exceptional opportunity for those wishing to share information about their products and services with the mitigation and conservation banking industry. And the exhibit area is where you "meet and greet" all attendees and guests -- for continental breakfasts, all breaks and receptions.

The 2009 conference attracted nearly 400 attendees from over 45 states, U.S. territories and countries. This is a targeted audience for exhibitors — attendees are serious about their participation in the conference. They come from businesses, governments (local, state and federal), nonprofits, and universities — and can be further broken down by suppliers, attorneys, engineers, real estate developers, planners, consultants, bankers, interested observers, regulators, investors, customers, users and other interests.

Exhibit fee includes: One Conference Registration for Wednesday through Friday sessions, an 8' x 10' booth, one 8' table, two chairs, one wastebasket, one electrical outlet, and one I.D. sign. Any other equipment will be an additional charge. Also included with Booth rental is the Registration List, company listing in the Final Program and on the conference website.

Exhibitor Services/Shipping: Freeman Exposition Services will be managing the exhibits, including all inbound and outbound exhibitor shipments, special audio visual (tv, dvd, screens, etc.) requests, display rentals, or other exhibitor needs.  A complete exhibitor packet will be provided to exhibitors in advance of the show.

Security: The Conference will provide security in the exhibit hall during non-conference hours (from 7 p.m. through 7 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday nights). However, the conference does not guarantee security and urges exhibitors to take necessary precautions.

Exhibit Space & Cancellation Policy: If you register for a booth by Jan. 25, 2010, the Exhibit Booth Rental Fee will be at the early rate (see the Exhibit Booth Registration Form for the different levels). Refunds are limited to 80% and must be requested in writing no later than March 15, 2010. No refunds made after this date.
